Our Story
Started at a folding table at the SoCo Farmerās Market.
Jordan Vasquez spent three years behind other peopleās counters before deciding the food she wanted to cook didnāt have a restaurant yet. So she built one ā starting with one folding table, two grain salads, and a thermos of bone broth every Saturday morning.
Today Rosewood has three Austin locations and a commissary kitchen sourcing from twelve farms within 90 miles. The folding table is still in storage. The bone broth is still on the menu.
