OUR STORY
We started at a folding table.
Jordan Vasquez spent three years working restaurant lines before deciding the food she wanted to cook didn’t have a place yet. She knew exactly how good the produce was and exactly how little most of it got to shine. In 2021 she decided to fix that herself.

The first Rosewood was a folding table at the South Congress farmers market. Jordan showed up at 7am every Saturday with a gas rotisserie, a cooler of produce from the vendors around her, and a menu written in chalk on a board she found at a garage sale.
The line was around the block by week four. She opened the first brick-and-mortar on South Congress six months later. The Domain location followed in 2022. East 6th opened in 2024. A fourth — Cedar Park — is coming this fall.
The menu still changes every week. The produce still comes from the farmers market. The chalk board is still there — just bigger now.
